1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CallCaptur, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Organization owners and admins must acknowledge these terms in Settings before activating live call handling.

2. Use of the platform

CallCaptur provides AI-powered inbound and outbound call handling, transcription, booking, and related services. You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, greetings, forwarding numbers, and any content you configure for callers.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use CallCaptur to engage in unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited calling; to violate telemarketing or recording-consent laws; or to process data you are not authorized to handle. You must comply with applicable TCPA, TSR, and state call-recording requirements.

4. Billing and usage

Paid plans include a monthly allotment of call minutes. Usage beyond the included amount may incur overage charges as described in your order or billing settings. You are responsible for keeping payment methods current.

5. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallCaptur is not liable for missed calls, booking errors, third-party CRM outages, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
