Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 18, 2026

1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to callcaptur.com, the CallCaptur web dashboard, and the CallCaptur iOS app (CallCaptur, bundle identifier ai.callcaptur.app). CallCaptur is an AI voice platform that answers and places calls, transcribes conversations, books appointments, and syncs records to the CRMs a business connects.

2. Information we collect

Account and business data: name, email, authentication credentials, company details, phone numbers, greetings, notification preferences, and credentials for the CRMs or calendars you choose to connect. Call and booking data: recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers, names, service addresses, appointment times, and related notes. Device data: if you enable alerts in the iOS app, a push notification token from Apple so we can deliver those alerts. Usage and billing data: sign-in activity, product settings, and minute usage needed to operate and bill the service.

3. How we use information

We use this information to provide and secure the service: authenticate users, handle inbound and outbound calls, generate transcripts, book and display appointments, send email, SMS, or push notifications you configure, sync records to connected CRMs, provide customer support, and measure usage. We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing with service providers

We share information with processors only as needed to run CallCaptur. That includes hosting and authentication (currently Supabase), voice and transcription providers (currently ElevenLabs and related telephony partners), scheduling (currently OnSched), Apple Push Notification service for iOS alerts, and payment processors for paid plans. When a business connects Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, GoHighLevel, or a similar CRM, we send the booking and contact data that integration requires. Those providers process data under their own terms.

5. Retention and your choices

We keep account, call, and booking records for as long as the business account remains active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can update notification preferences in the app or dashboard, disable push alerts in iOS Settings, and request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing support@callcaptur.com. Organization owners control which CRM integrations are connected and can disconnect them at any time.

6. Children's privacy

CallCaptur is a business product and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact support@callcaptur.com and we will delete it.

7. Changes

We may update this page as the product or our legal review changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website, dashboard, or iOS app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

8. Contact
